• No refunds will be given after the ticket is purchased, unless the performance is postponed or canceled, or if all broadcasts are canceled in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 4 of the "Pay-Per-View Guidelines", or at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for any problems caused by your internet environment or viewing environment. Please make sure that you have the appropriate internet connection and recommended environment suitable for viewing content before purchasing a ticket.
• In the event of disruptions in video and audio or temporary interruptions in video transmission due to internet connection or system problems, the transmission shall be deemed to have been carried out as normal when the problem is resolved promptly. In the event that the event is not promptly resolved or the video streaming is interrupted or terminated, we shall be exempted from responsibility for the recovery of the performers during the live broadcast, a substitute performance, or distribution of corrected footage of the relevant defective part (e.g., archived distribution), or any other alternative method.
• Recording, filming or recording of the screen of the content using the camera, smartphone or other electronic devices is strictly prohibited. In addition, if you copy or share the content without permission, you may be held legally responsible. When such an act is discovered and we deem it necessary, we may ask for cooperation from the investigative authorities, such as reporting to the police.
• Only one device can be viewed at the same time per purchased ticket account.
